Refund Policy

As we are providing postpaid service to the customers there is no necessity of any refund which is required in case of prepaid payment. Our supervisors will visit you at the end of month to collect the amount. You can pay them by cash or online.


But in case of online payment if you have paid a wrong amount or want to pay by cash after paying the amount, we have a provision of refunding the amount to you. All you need is to mail us at admin@nagarnigamdoortodoor.com and your amount will be refunded to you within 7 days of timespan.


In case of transactional error if your amount is deducted from your credit or debit card but payment status is not updated. Just send us a mail with your transaction id and we'll update the status within 3 days of timespan.
